My name is Sarah Restall and for over a decade I have worked with HR leaders, culture champions, and senior teams to design people strategies that are clear, practical, and rooted in return on investment.

Crafting your business case for wellbeing investment.
Auditing your current culture and running a gap analysis on where you can improve (and what you can improve it with!)
Defining your “why” and shaping the narrative that gets leadership buy-in.
Building long-term wellbeing and culture strategies (1–3 years and beyond).
Supporting with specific, ad hoc projects when you just need that outside perspective.
Whether it’s fine-tuning or full-scale transformation, I make sure the strategy makes sense from the boardroom to the breakroom.

I am passionate about helping organisations create workplaces where people and performance thrive together. I believe good work is good for us, and that with the right focus, we can strategically design cultures and leaders that are not only healthy but also high-performing.
Over the past decade, I have supported more than 900 organisations across diverse sectors globally, to shape their health and wellbeing strategies. My role is to bring clarity, insight, and strategic direction, helping businesses move from vision to action. Whether it’s defining the ‘why’ behind a wellbeing strategy or mapping long-term goals for workforce health, I partner with leaders to build sustainable approaches to culture change and employment that make a lasting impact.
